Autonomous agents, architected
not assembled.

Custom agent squads for small and mid-market businesses. Deployed in 3–6 weeks on your hardware.

From a single booking bot to an orchestrated multi-agent system that handles support, sales, and operations — architected around your workflows, your data, your stack. No vendor cloud. No per-seat pricing. No lock-in.

The moment

2026 is the inflection point.

Every business is a sequence of repeatable decisions and actions. Most of them can now be done by agents. Those who architect this layer first compound for the next five years.

Signal 01
Frameworks shipped

Claude Code, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen — all production-ready in 2026. Agent orchestration is no longer research-grade.

Signal 02
Local hardware matured

An M4 Mac Mini runs 13–32B LLMs at production speed. A €1,500 GPU (RTX 4080/5070) handles the same tier with room for RAG. The cost of owning your stack collapsed.

Signal 03
Memory, RAG, tools — solved primitives

What used to be custom engineering is now a handful of packages (LangChain, Mem0, Instructor). The hard part left is picking the right workflows and stitching them right.

How we build · The Squad

Not a developer.
An architect.

At the center, a Router dispatches every request to the right specialist. Around it — a squad of agents, each with its own skills, memory, and reason to exist. Not a single bot — a squad built around your process: as many specialists and links as it takes to run end-to-end.

live · the squad
router · orchestrator
click a node
scroll to orbit
Core · opus

Routes, designs, researches, reviews — the strategic layer.

Build · sonnet

Writes, tests, deploys, manages scope — the shipping layer.

Ops · sonnet

Sales, outreach, docs, data, parsing — the workflow layer.

Utility · haiku

Fast narrow helpers — translation, summarization, parsing.

Router-led

One entrypoint. The Router picks the right specialist for each request — you don't orchestrate, they do.

Local-first

Deployed on your hardware. Data never leaves your stack. No vendor lock-in, no surprise bills.

Memory across sessions

Every agent has persistent memory. Your business context compounds instead of evaporating.

Patterns

Three proven places to start.

Most businesses don't need custom research-grade AI. They need one of three patterns that already work.

01

Support

Resolve more tickets than any hire can touch.

  • Tier-1 chat/email grounding on your docs + CRM
  • Smart routing to human only when confidence drops
  • Knowledge that updates itself from every resolution
benchmark

Intercom Fin: 67% autonomous resolution average.

02

Sales

An SDR squad that never sleeps, doesn't forget, and qualifies before you wake up.

  • Inbound qualifier that reads your ICP and books calls
  • Outbound research at the account and contact level
  • Follow-up cadences tuned by response data
benchmark

Salesforce Agentforce: $800M ARR, +169% YoY (Feb 2026).

03

Operations

Replace busywork, not judgment.

  • Internal knowledge search across Notion, Slack, Drive
  • Automated reporting and anomaly detection
  • Agents that fill forms, file tickets, and chase approvals
benchmark

GitHub Copilot: 55% faster coding tasks (Accenture study).

Who builds this

One architect, not an agency.

Hi, I'm Igor. AI developer.

I architect agent systems on Python and Claude Code — from single Telegram bots to multi-agent squads. Working as a solo architect: you talk directly to the person designing and building your system. No account managers, no ticket hand-offs, no "junior will handle it".

Diagnose

We audit your processes, map what can and can't be automated, and return a written blueprint with ROI per workflow. No code yet — clarity first.

Assemble the squad

We pick the right specialists from a tested library, wire them to your stack (Telegram, CRM, Notion, APIs), and train memory on your domain. The squad grows to match the scope — single agent, small squad, or full orchestration.

Pricing

One path from $149 to an enterprise squad.

Every tier starts with a written brief on Telegram. Real scope is quoted after the diagnosis, not before.

$149

Ready-made agents dropped into your stack in 3–5 days. Perfect if your process already exists and you just need automation.

Automate

from
$990

We automate one complete business workflow — from trigger to outcome. The number of agents and the router shape are driven by process complexity, not by the tier.

  • One workflow end-to-end (lead qualification, auto-support, booking + CRM, etc.)
  • Agents are picked to fit the job — one specialist or a small team, whatever it takes
  • Integration with Telegram / WhatsApp / Slack / CRM / calendar
  • RAG on your own documents and knowledge
  • Deploy on your server or managed hosting
  • 2 weeks of iteration + 30-day warranty

Multiple connected workflows

Orchestrate

from
$4,500

Several workflows in one system: a router dispatches requests, agents share memory and business context. Complexity is driven by how tightly processes connect — not by agent count.

  • Multiple connected workflows under router orchestration
  • Shared memory and knowledge base across agents
  • Multi-channel deployment (web, Telegram, API)
  • Local deploy + observability dashboard
  • 4–6 weeks build + 60-day warranty

Let's talk

Automation across several business domains — different teams, different data, different rules. SLAs, audit logs, a dedicated build team.

  • Multi-domain architecture (teams, subsidiaries, regions)
  • SLA, audit logs, SSO, compliance review
  • On-prem or private-cloud deployment
  • Dedicated architect + support squad

Frequently asked

Questions before we talk.

Everything runs on your hardware — your Mac Mini, your VPS, your server. The agents never send your business data to someone else's cloud. Prompts, logs, memory, weights — all live where you live. If the vendor (me or Anthropic or anyone else) disappears tomorrow, your system keeps running.

Those are finished tools. Great at one vertical. I build you a custom architecture — your workflows, your data, your CRM, your rules. I'm the architect, they are the materials. Often I use them inside the system I build for you.

That's normal and expected — every client iterates in month 1-2. The build includes 30-60 days of warranty depending on tier. After that, a retainer from $149/month keeps the system healthy and evolves it with you.

A $149 template for solo operators (booking bot, FAQ agent, etc.) — installed in 3-5 days. For anything custom, $990 is the real floor. Anything cheaper means I'm not spending enough time to actually understand your process.

No. You need to know your own business well enough to describe what you want automated. I handle the architecture, the build, the deploy, the monitoring. You test and approve. That's the split.

Technical stack: Python, TypeScript, SQL, shell. Spoken: English, Russian, Ukrainian — written fluently in all three. If your clients speak something else, a Translator agent joins the squad.

Assessment + blueprint: 1 week. First working agent on staging: 2-3 weeks after kickoff. Full squad in production: 4-6 weeks for Orchestrate tier. Enterprise varies — quoted per scope after discovery.
